Which color light do you prefer?

It really depends on your hog hunting situation.  If you are more concerned about long distances , over 150 yards, or if you have poor vision, I would say go with the green light.  It is easier for our eyes to pick up detail with the green light than the red light.  If the majority of your hog hunting will be around 100-150 yrds or so I would suggest the red light since it is softer and creates less shadows.

Can you really see out to 200 yards with your lights?

The short answer is YES!!  A quality scope should easily be able to identify hogs at night in excess of 200 yards and possibly beyond.  I say 200 yards, but it’s really a conservative distance that hogs or coyotes can be identified.  I’ve had several customers tell me they were able to make clean shots approaching 300 yards while hunting hogs at night!

What is your preferred hog hunting method?

When I begin scanning for hogs or coyotes with my BPG-3, I always make sure to shine the light high, bringing it down slowly so that I don’t create shadows quickly on my hunting area.  Shadows are the number one reason hogs or coyotes will spook while using my lights.  If you are hunting an area that is heavily wooded, be very conscious of the shadows you are creating; sudden movement will cause the shadows to “move” spooking hogs and coyotes very quickly.  Once I identify my target, I put down my BPG-3 and pick up my weapon which has my BPG-1 mounted to it.  While making a transition between lights, I normally take my time ensuring I don’t make any noise which can spook my coyotes or hogs in the area; game is usually pretty comfortable at night so there is no rush as long as you don’t alert them to your presence.

Will your lights work in temperatures below 40° ?

YES!  LEDs are not affected by cold temperatures and your lights will suffer no loss in performance during winter time.

Will your scope mount fit onto my scope?

The scope mount is a universal mount which is able to fit virtually any 1″ or 30 mm diameter scope.

What type of warranty do you offer?

I offer a 30-day money back no questions asked warranty.  If you buy the light and don’t like it, feel free to send it back for a full refund.  After that, I offer a 1 yr manufacturers warranty which covers everything except for the pressure switch which is a wearable item.
